Each class is designed to build strength, mobility, stamina, and confidence. With options for a variety of fitness levels and life stages, you’ll find something that meets you where you’re at — whether you’re just starting out, returning to movement, or ready for a new challenge.

Michelle focuses on safe, functional movement and steady, sustainable progress, creating an environment where participants feel supported, capable, and motivated.
