Sydney completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2023, and continued at McMaster to complete her Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2025. During her studies, she gained valuable experience working with the Varsity Women’s Basketball team, where she developed a strong interest in sports-related injuries and rehabilitation.

Sydney is passionate about helping people of all backgrounds achieve their health and movement goals, and is committed to equipping her clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to actively participate in their recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Sydney enjoys running, cycling, paddle boarding, skiing, and playing volleyball, reflecting her passion for movement and overall wellness.
