Our very own Michelle Fisher is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer passionate about helping people build strength that carries into everyday life.

At her Let’s Move Fitness Hub Empowered by Body ‘n Balance in Stayner and Wasaga Beach, she offers supportive, structured classes designed to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence — no matter your starting point. Her approach is focused on sustainable progress, proper movement, and helping you feel capable in your body.

Whether you join a group class or work with her one-on-one, you can expect coaching that meets you where you’re at and challenges you to move forward safely and consistently.

Classes Offered In Stayner and Wasaga Beach:

Let’s Move Advanced - Stayner – Morning Class

Monday - Wednesday - Friday 6:00am 1hr

A higher-intensity progression of the original Let’s Move class, designed for those ready to be challenged. This class combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement with a faster pace and added complexity to build endurance, power, and resilience.


New Movers - Stayner

Mondays 5:00pm - 1hr

A welcoming starting point focused on foundational strength, mobility, and building confidence in movement.
 

Chair Fitness - Wasaga Beach

Tuesday - Thursdays 2 classes available

A seated and supported class designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and circulation in a safe, accessible format. Ideal for those looking for a lower-impact option while still building functional strength and confidence.

Let’s Move - Wasaga Beach

Mommy & Baby Fitness- Stayner

Wednesday - Friday 9:00am - 1hr

A supportive postnatal fitness class designed to help moms rebuild strength, improve core stability, and regain confidence — all while keeping the baby close. This class focuses on safe, functional movement in a welcoming environment where connection and community matter just as much as the workout.

 

Strength, Mobility & Core - Stayner

A balanced class designed to improve posture, stability, flexibility, and overall functional strength.

Circuit Boot Camp - Stayner

A high-energy, full-body workout combining strength and conditioning to build endurance and resilience.
