Lisa Pall
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT),
Certified Athletic Therapist, CAT(C)
Lisa’s journey into health and wellness has always been guided by a deep curiosity about the human body and a passion for helping people reconnect with their strength and resilience. After earning her Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science and Certificate in Athletic Therapy at York University in 2015, Lisa spent over a decade working in diverse clinical and field settings. She has supported varsity athletes, national sports teams, and community members of all ages, developing a reputation for her skilled hands-on care and compassionate, patient-centered approach.
In 2025, Lisa expanded her scope of practice by completing the Advanced Standing Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Health and Technology and becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. This new chapter allowed her to bring together her expertise in injury assessment, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation with a more holistic and restorative approach.
Lisa believes that healing is more than just addressing symptoms — it’s about creating the conditions for balance, rest, and renewal. Her treatments blend evidence-based assessment with a focus on presence and listening, supported by skilled hands-on care. She also emphasizes exercise and active strategies, so clients leave not only feeling better in the moment but also equipped with the tools to support their own recovery and resilience. She has a special interest in working with individuals managing orthopedic injuries, stress and anxiety, neurological conditions, and chronic health challenges. She is also committed to making care accessible and community-focused, ensuring every client feels a sense of belonging and support.
Outside of her professional work, Lisa finds renewal in the outdoors. Whether canoeing on local lakes, skiing in the winter months, hiking with her camera in hand, or simply enjoying the beauty of Georgian Bay - she carries her love of nature into both her personal life and her philosophy of care.
