Ben Sluzar
D.O.M.P., D.Sc.O., RMT, BSc. Kin
Manual Osteopathic Practitioner & Registered Massage Therapist

Ben is a manual osteopathic practitioner (DOMP) and registered massage therapist (RMT) with a focus on functional & rehabilitative movement, breath retraining/breathwork, foot health, & infant development. He has 9 years of experience working with individuals of all ages but specializes in treating newborns & infants.

Using a comprehensive global approach, sessions with Ben involve an individualized health history and full body assessment, with a specific understanding of anatomical, physiologic & biomechanical interrelationships. His approach aims to efficiently address dysfunction at the root or cause of the issue, rather than just relieve or chase symptoms.

Ben’s treatments are gentle and work to help regulate normal physiological function to the body. Some examples of the techniques used are fluidic fascial work, myofascial release/fascial unwinding, craniosacral therapy, muscle energy technique, visceral manipulation, strain-counterstrain and others, within the scope of osteopathy and massage therapy.

Ben continues to learn and expand his understanding of how best to help people feel and function better with various courses and certifications. Both in his personal and professional life, he emphasizes the powerful connection to the natural world and getting outside as a critical part of health.
