Amy is a proud mom to her two amazing children, Deklen and Avah and has made Wasaga beach their home, where they love to exploring and enjoying everything the area has to offer.

Before dedicating herself to healthcare, Amy successfully ran a home-based daycare for 13 years, building lasting relationships with all the families she cared for. After closing her daycare in 2022, she sought new career paths where she could continue to make positive impact in peoples lives and in her community. Amy is passionate about working in the healthcare industry and his committed to ensuring that every person who walks through the door receives the care of they deserve. She joined the Body ’N balance team in August 2025 as the Office Administrator.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys long walks on the beach, relaxing with a good book, experimenting with new recipes and cherishing time with her friends and family, always living life to the fullest.
