Catharine graduated with a degree from the University of Toronto in 1997. Since then, she has worked in sports physiotherapy and orthopedics in Toronto, Calgary, and Wasaga Beach. Her experience in sports physiotherapy includes international diving, figure skating, equestrian and basketball, national women's hockey, and professional dance with the Alberta Ballet. Catharine has completed training in the Part A Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy certification.

In addition, Catharine has a wide range of treatment options for every injury based on research and education from Sarhmann, Mulligan, and Butler. She has also received certification in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada.

In 2008, Catharine became certified in pelvic floor rehabilitation with a special interest in women's health, including peri-natal health and incontinence.

Catharine loves incorporating her sports experience to help patients rebuild their pelvic floor and return to sport.
