Patient’s Not Receiving Appointment Reminders

One of our favourite perks we offer our patient’s is the ability to receive email reminders about their upcoming appointments. These reminders automatically send out 48 hours prior to an appointment if we’ve been given your email address.

Lately we’ve been told that some of our patients who use Gmail have not been receiving these reminders. We reached out to the company that handles our reminders and they said that for whatever reason these emails are mistakenly being flagged as ‘Spam’ by Google’s email server.

Luckily, there is a way to make sure these reminders continue to come to you.

Please follow this link to Google's website where they give instructions on how to unmark an email as 'Spam' and prevent it from happening in the future.
